Renee began her real estate journey in 2017 as a licensed Realtor and Transaction Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada. While her time in real estate planted the seed, her career has been rooted in customer service, sales leadership, and team development for over a decade. She brings a passion for systems, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep commitment to service that elevates the experience for both clients and agents alike.

Now back in her home state of Minnesota, Renee is proud to serve her local community with the Bandimere Team. Her goal? To ensure every person who works with us feels confident, supported, and cared for—every step of the way.
